Big and Wet As my time travelling to random places on a regular basis is over (new job), I thought I’d try and put together some more random thoughts on places I’ve been to over the past couple of years. One such place was Zimbabwe. Not exactly the number [...] So we checked out on the local resort map. Like many foreign language maps in china, locations ranged from inaccurate to non-existent. Still, there was totally a police station there as the hostel staff had heard people talk about it, they’d never been themselves though. Why would there be any need to? No [...] The island of Gulangyu is a weird little resort off it’s bigger sister island, Xiamen. And it is a weird place, the attempts to make it more of a resort end up taking away any of it’s natural attributes.
